Refund policy

Withdrawal from the contract

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), no later than 30 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. We may withhold the return until we have recovered the goods and assessed whether they have lost their commercial appearance. You are responsible for any diminution in the value of the goods resulting from any action other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and performance of the goods.

You must return the goods without unreasonable delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of your cancellation of this contract. The time limit is complied with if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14 day period.

The costs of returning the goods shall be payed by the buyer.
